本研究から、北米を代表するTレックスが実はアジアにルーツを持っていることが明らかになりました。
彼らの直系の祖先の化石はまだ見つかっていませんが、もし今後、Tレックスとタルボサウルスを掛け合わせたような恐竜の化石がアジアで見つかれば、今回の説は確実なものとなるでしょう。
